BALE LOADING
Haybuster's exclusive 2 stage loader allows you
to self load and transport two round bales. The
loading tines are curved out at the end, this
makes the loader act like a funnel and prevents
bale spearing.

Stage 1: The tines are lowered to
the ground. Then as the 2640 is backed up,
the tines easily slide under each side of
the bale.

Stage 2: The 2 stage loader's unique
design reduces the loading arc, so it won't
catch the next bale on the way up. No more
pulling forward during the loading. During
the 2nd stage, the loader tips the bale into
the shredder chamber.

Back to stage I and load the second bale.

or frozen unprocessed bales.
Uniformity, from the start of processing to the
end, the 2640 puts out a consistent windrow. This
reduces the influence of the "boss cows"
and each of your animals gets its fair share.
Processing is a better way of feeding hay because
it:
1. Chops the forage into selected cut lengths.
2. Mixes drier outside layers with inner, fresher
layers.
3. Removes dust and molds, prevents cattle from
sorting, and makes hay go farther. |

The Hydraulic Deflector saves you steps
by moving the Rack and the Deflector from transport
position to working position without leaving
the comfort of your tractor cab. Once the Rack
is released, the cylinder positions the Deflector
for bunk feeding, range feeding, spreading bedding
or any position in between.
The Hydraulic Deflector makes even the tightest
gates appear to be larger.

Cattle like grain.
The Haybuster Grain Tank applies grain
on top of the windrow at the same time as you
are processing.
Top Dressing is a good way to use up your
old or lower quality hay. The grain trickles down
throughout the windrow as the cattle feed. The
hay is cleaned up as the grain is eaten.
The Grain Tank top dresses corn, cereal grains,
and pelletized feed supplements. The Feed Ratio
Per AnimaI is maintained by the Grain Tank's metering
system. It is capable of a wide delivery range
so you can get the ration that is right for you. |
