you need it. With 3 spouts the 2554 can be used
for bunk feeding, range feeding, a wide range
of bedding applications, and for odor control
of waste water lagoons. |

BALE LOADING
Haybuster's exclusive 2 stage loader allows you
to self load and transport two round bales. The
loading tines are curved out at the end, this
makes the loader act like a funnel and prevents
bale spearing.

Stage 1: Self loads, carries 2 bales,
and processes on the go. Discharge Blower
and spouts provide flexibility in product
delivery. The tines are lowered to the ground.
Then as the 2640 is backed up, the tines easily
slide under each side of the bale

Stage 2: The 2 stage loader's unique
design reduces the loading arc so it won't
catch the next bale on the way up. No more
pulling forward during the loading.

The loader reaches the full up position and
the bale slides and tips into the shredder
chamber. Lower the loader, backup and load
the second bale. It's that easy

Processing
Silage and Wet Bales
Silage bales and green chop are notorious to process.
The heavy built 2554 processes your silage bales
with ease.
Using a #6 spout provides plenty of reach to wed
over an electric fence.
Processing Dry Hay
2554 processes dry hay just as easy. The spout
adjusts for varying bunk heights.
A finely processed alfalfa ration is precisely
delivered to the bunk.

Flexibility in delivery
With the #6 spout, you can process a silage bale
and add it to a TMR wagon or load a truck.

Bedding
The 2554 applies bedding quickly, easily and precisely.
When equipped with the #6 spout, the 2554 can
put straw down over a 270' arc. Putting down
bedding with a 2554 is about as easy as using
a garden hose.

Hoop Shed
Here is a way to bed a hoop shed without
entering the pens.
You can drive the 2554 equipped with a straw
cannon up to the door.
Aim the Straw Cannon and blow straw right where
it's needed. An optional Hydraulic Control Kit
allows the operator to direct the placement
of the straw directly from the operator's seat
on the tractor.

Odor Control
Waste water lagoons can be a sore subject, especially
with the neighbors.
Odors can be greatly reduced by applying a blanket
of barley straw to the surface of the lagoon.
The 2554 equipped with the Straw Cannon has the
necessary reach to apply the straw directly to
the water's surface.

- It's our shredder chamber that makes us unique
and strong enough to handle heavy wet bales.
- A 44 inch diameter blower fan with 6 paddles is
at the heart of the 2554 delivery system.
- Choose from 3 different size recutter screens:
6 1/4, 4 1/4 and 3 1/4". Fine tune the cut
length with the bale rotation speed and the single
point slug bar adjustment.
- Heavy Duty Spring Steel Flails have the mass to
remain extended to penetrate dense, wet bales. Yet,
they still provide the performance on dry hay that
our customers are already accustomed to.
